Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
